Universal Audio released the new UAD PlugIns Software Version 6. It includes new Plugins from well known Developers such as Brainworx, SPL and Ampex. In v6 there is no need for the VST-To-RTAS wrapper. Universal Audio uses the RTAS as a mechanism to view, edit, save and recall the UAD plug-ins in Pro Tools, but the actual audio processing is still performed on the DSP of the UAD card.
